Keep the customer’s happy and a business will never go wrong. There are a lot of ways to build a successful business and from the customer standpoint is probably the best way to do it. It should never be work to have a vehicle’s glass replaced. It should take one call, email or a stop at the shop to arrange an appointment, get answers to questions or to find out if the work has been completed yet. Outstanding customer service takes the worry out of all those things and takes the concern off of the customer’s plate.
